I offer you one of the easiest tagines to prepare, it is easy because I can do everything at the same time without the fear to ruin the vegetables.
1 Onion, chopped
1 Clove garlic, minced
5 cl of cooking oil
1 Tsp ginger
1 Tsp turmeric
1 tsp mixed white and black pepper
1 Small bunch of coriander
25 Cl of water
2 Tsp of lemon juice
1 half lemon confit
Scrape the carrots and cut into sections.
Cut the chicken into 8 pieces (I removed the skin), place them in a pot over medium heat.
Add oil and onion. Saute all these ingredients until the onion becomes translucent. Add garlic, spices, coriander and bunch of water.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Add carrots and continue cooking for 10 minutes. Drizzle with lemon juice and remove from heat.
Serve chicken topped with carrots, olives with lemon and topped with sauce. good appetite
